How we work

For brands, distributors and retailers

Beauty & wellness sourcing

Supplements first, then wellness tea, skincare and health tools — from manufacturers we have assessed against a written standard, with the documentation handled, because documentation is where sourcing usually fails. The reference data that makes this possible is free for anyone to use, whether you buy from us or not.

How sourcing works here

  1. Specification before supplier. What the product is, what it must declare, which market it is for and what it must cost landed. We check the regulatory position before anyone quotes.
  2. Manufacturers assessed against a written standard. Legal identity, GMP or ISO 22716 scope, third-party testing, stability data, packaging capability and references — all documented. The standard is public on this site.
  3. Paid sample from a production run. Not a hand-made sample from the lab. The sample is where appearance, texture, taste and label accuracy get checked against the specification.
  4. Documentation conditions in the purchase order. Batch certificate of analysis naming your batch, third-party accredited testing, stability and, for cosmetics, the safety report and preservative efficacy testing.
  5. Production, inspection and shipment. Terms agreed in writing, with Incoterms, place, payment structure and the remedy for non-conforming goods stated on the order.

Use the free lookups first — genuinely

Most of what a buyer needs to make a good sourcing decision is published free on this site, and it is free whether or not you ever speak to us: the ingredient index with labelling reference values and cautions, the certification decoder that shows what each certificate really proves, market rules by country, and the supplier due-diligence check. If they are enough for you to source well on your own, that is a good outcome.

Frequently asked questions

How do you choose manufacturers?

The same standard published in our quality and documentation page: a verifiable legal entity, an audited GMP or ISO 22716 certificate whose scope covers the product category, third-party accredited testing for heavy metals and microbiology, real-time stability data for the agreed packaging, and batch-specific certificates of analysis. Suppliers who cannot produce those documents are not added to the panel.

Do you charge buyers for quotes?

No. Quotes, category guidance and the free lookups cost nothing. We are paid for sourcing and quality assurance work on orders we place, and we say clearly what that covers before you commit to anything.

Where do you manufacture?

We work with manufacturers in the regions that genuinely make each category well, and we do not hide the origin. Supplements and cosmetics are frequently produced in North America and the European Union for regulated markets, in South Korea for skincare innovation, and in China and South East Asia for cost-sensitive volumes. Origin is a commercial and regulatory decision, and we will tell you which one we would choose and why.

Can you supply a product that is already selling somewhere else?

Only with a proper specification and rights. If a product is a copy of someone's formula, packaging or trademark, we will not take it on. What we can do is match a specification genuinely — same active ingredients, same dosage form, own formula and own branding.

Request a quote

Tell us the product, the market and the volume. This form opens your own email client — nothing is stored on this website, and there is no account to create.

What happens next

  1. We confirm whether the specification is viable in your market and flag anything that is not.
  2. We come back with indicative pricing, MOQ and lead time from manufacturers we have assessed against the standard on this site.
  3. If you want to proceed, you order a paid sample from a production run.
  4. Only then does a production order and deposit make sense.

What we will not do

  • Quote you on a product whose claims would not be legal in your market
  • Pass on a certificate of analysis that is not batch-specific
  • Take a payment for stock we have not verified
  • Hide the manufacturer — you will know who makes your product
